Our Rentals Include:

Boilers

Our 125 HP Boiler will produce 4312 lbs of steam per hour. The BTU input is 5.25BTU with about 4.3 MBTU output. Alberta Boiler Safety Association rates out 125 HP Boiler to be 580KW based on a heating surface of 58m2. The boilers maximum working pressure is 150 PSI and the actual working pressure set by the pressure trolls to be around 100 PSI.

Our 125 HP Boiler Heat Exchanger package will produce almost 1 cube or 1000 liters per minute of water at a 20 degree Celsius temperature rise.

The boiler is installed in a custom built skid shack with a 4’x10’6”x8’ fuel tank which holds about 2500 US gallons of fuel which enables the unit to fire for about 60 hours operating full out. The unit will operate full out when using the heat exchanger. There is a water tank 8’x10’6”x8’ which holds the water for the boiler. When using heat exchanger, the water will just circulate from boiler to the tank all night and day. Only when not returning the condensate water would it need to be filled.

In the center of the shack is a Genset room with a 100 amp generator. The boiler will plug into the generator as would the circulation pump on the heat exchanger. The boiler and heat exchanger can also be plugged into the rig light plant. Also, in the center of the shack is a staircase to the top of the shack for filling the fuel tank.

This unit working at maximum capacity will heat a 400 barrel tank of water 20 degrees Celsius in one hour.

This unit is designed to use all the energy produced by your 125 HP Boiler.

240 gallon/minute = 20 degrees Celsius or 36 degrees Fahrenheit rise

200 gallon/minute = 24 degrees Celsius or 43 degrees Fahrenheit rise

120 gallon/minute = 40 degrees Celsius or 72 degrees Fahrenheit rise

910 liters/minute = 20 degrees Celsius or 36 degrees Fahrenheit rise

750 liters/minute = 24 degrees Celsius or 43 degrees Fahrenheit rise

455 liters/minute = 40 degrees Celsius or 72 degrees Fahrenheit rise

Fuel Skids

1000 Galleon Double Wall Environment Safe fuel Skid with eletric pump with 50ft artic hose.

Set up for Mobile Work Platform:

Second Step – Move platform along the beams to height that you would like to work at from. The bottom of skid to the pivot points of main beams it is 48inches and every hole is 8.5 inches so reinstall main pins and put pin locks into the pins.

Third Step - Make sure the pins for the platform are installed This is the two small pins that are 1 1/8 if they are not in the main beams it will not come up and you will damage the platform. As your are standing the platform from the two lifting points from the front make sure you pick it up Start and even as it comes over do not let it hit the pins on the bottom as it gets close drive the bottom pins into it to hold it up you might have to hit them with a rubber hammer install the locking pins.

Fourth Step - As the platform is held up right with the crane remove the small 1 1/8 pins then let it come down with the crane and as it comes down the two front legs will swing into place.

Fifth Step - Next you will install the stairs as you install them hook the front to the platform then when the crane is still hooked to the stairs pull the two locking pins and the crane will lower them to the right height watch your fingers.

Sixth Step - Next you can go up on the platform and install the pins into the front legs if you don't not hit the ground with the front legs remove the pins at the bottom of them and you might have to block them as well.

Seventh Step - Install only if you are over 8 feet-Install the cross members from the main beam to the front legs and as well between the two front legs.

Eighth Step - Last you will install the hand rails make sure you install them with the kick plate in.
